How do I know what size to buy?

How long will it take to get my order?

Everyone’s in a hurry these days, no one wants to wait.

Shipping speeds differ depending on your location, here are the typical order time frames for orders placed Monday - Saturday:

  • Local : Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and standard shipping is 2-3 business days.

  • Zonal : Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and standard shipping is 3-5 business days.

  • National : Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and standard shipping is 3-7 business days.

Where is my package?

Once an order has shipped, an email with a tracking information will be sent to you. If you have not received a delivery confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your ‘spam’ folder.

If you think your package has gone missing, please reach out to us at info@tanvistore.com and we’ll start a trace with the postal company.

How can I return an item?

In the unfortunate event you don’t, please contact us and we’ll find a solution.

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping cost are not eligible for refunds.         

We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.

We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
